The City of Cheyenne (City) is requesting letters of proposal from experienced firms to develop CheyenneNext, the City's next comprehensive plan. CheyenneNext is a desired plan name acknowledging and respecting the original 2007 award winning PlanCheyenne and signals a shift from the City’s 25-year-old comprehensive plan toward a more modern, community driven approach in a region of independence, connection, and opportunity.
