Notice is hereby given that the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of CLARKE COUNTY,
MISSISSIPPI, will receive written sealed bids at the Clarke County Purchasing Department
until 10:00 o'clock a.m. on NOVEMBER 2, 2026 for the sale of the following:
1989 CHEVROLET R3500 4X2 1GBHR34J4KJ108801
"SOLD AS IS"
1. The successful bidder will be required to pick up the vehicle.
2. To view the vehicle, you must contact Bradley McNeece @ 601-274-0115 Monday-
through Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
3. Payment shall be made within 5 days of bid acceptance. Vehicle may be picked up
upon payment. Payment by cash, or cashier's check.
4. Sealed bids should be delivered or mailed to the Purchase Clerk at
100 E. Church Street/Post Office Box 616, Quitman, MS 39355.

5. Bids should be labeled "SALE OF CHEVROLET 1989 R3500" and the date of the
bid.
The highest bid received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13,
Mississippi Code of 1972, annotated as amended, and the Board reserves the right to reject any
and all bids received.
