A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on April 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the project site, near 3648 Smokeshire Road, Chester, VT 05143, approximately 3.5 miles west of Route 103. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
