Cheshire Community Pool Partial Roof Replacement

The Town of Cheshire will receive sealed bids for PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT AT CHESHIRE COMMUNITY POOL until September 24th, 2025, at 2:00PM. At that time bids will be opened in public and read aloud. There will be an optional site walk-through on September10th, 2025, at 11:00AM at the Cheshire Community Pool, located at 520 South Main Street, Cheshire, CT 06410. The documents comprising the Invitation to Bid may be obtained on the Town’s website, http://www.cheshirect.gov/, under “Businesses” / “Proposal and RFP’s-Doing Business with the Town.” The Town of Cheshire reserves the right to amend or terminate this Invitation to Bid, accept all or any part of a bid, reject all bids, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a bid, and award a contract to the bidder who submits a bid that, in the Town’s judgment, will be in the Town’s best interests.
