2026 Cherry Hill Public Library Roof Replacement

Addendum #1 has been issued and may be downloaded below. The bid opening date has been changed to July 9, 2026, 11:00am prevailing time. The Addendum page and the Addendum Acknowledgement form (page P-3 in the specifications) must both be completed, signed, and enclosed with all bids. Failure to include both signed forms with submission will result in rejection.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for June 23, 2026, 10:00am at the Cherry Hill Public Library, 1100 Kings Highway North, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. The Pre-Bid Meeting is not mandatory, but is highly recommended that all prospective bidders attend.

The Cherry Hill Public Library is a multi-story public library building with an existing low-slope (flat) roof assembly. The existing membrane roofing system has reached the end of its service life and requires complete replacement. The new system will consist of a mechanically attached and adhered Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane with polyisocyanurate rigid insulation, cover board, and associated flashings, metal edge systems, gutters, and downspouts.
