Cherokee and Main Water Main REBID

Bids for the Cherokee and Main Water Main REBID project will be received by the City of Loveland at the Loveland City Hall, 120 W. Loveland Avenue, Loveland, Ohio 45140, until Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work: The replacement and improvement of existing water main, water services, and storm sewers on Cherokee Drive and West Main Street. The project also includes street resurfacing, miscellaneous concrete repairs, and sign post replacement.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid . All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Loveland City Hall, 120 W. Loveland Avenue, Loveland, Ohio 45140. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. Attention of the Bidder is called to the various insurance requirements and various equal opportunity provisions.
