1.04 SCOPE OF WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS

A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to,

the following:

Medium to Large Fire Alarm System

ADDRESSABLE MEDIUM TO LARGE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM 28 46 21 - 5

REVISION 24 12/17/2025

1. Fire alarm system replacement for the entire facility with an area of approximately 190,000 square feet.

2. Removal and disposal of all existing fire alarm system components, wiring, etc.

3. Cover of existing fire alarm device boxes if not re-used in new system installation where locations are visible in public spaces. Type of covering to be determined with direction from the owner on an as needed basis. Painting or other wall treatments for cosmetic purposes are the responsibility of the owner.
