Chemistry Testing - Cost Per Reportable Result

The purpose of amendment W9114F-25-Q-A035-0001 is to:

1. Increase the annual estimated quantity of CPRR to 212,975 for the ordering period in CLIN 0001.

2. Update the ordering period in Exhibit A - contract requirements (paragraph 1.4.) and the CLIN delivery information. The delivery period is 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2030.

3. Update the contract award date in Exhibit B - Projected Implementation Plan. The tentative award date is 01 July 2025.

4. Add Exhibit C - blood chemistry estimated annual workloads.

See Quoters shall provide quotes on the conformed copy of W9114F-25-Q-A035-0001 and sign and return a copy of the SF30 Amendment with their quotes. Both are attached to this notice with updated Exhibits.

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Europe requires (1) automated chemistry analyzer and reagents in support of the laboratory mission at U.S. Army Health Clinic - Vicenza in Vicenza, Italy. The successful offeror shall furnish all equipment, reagents, consumables, controls, and any necessary maintenance to the respective laboratories for the purpose of hematology testing under a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) CLIN structure. All parts, equipment and reagents/consumables shall be supplied and serviced through the Contractor.

The resulting contract will be a Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) five-year ordering period. The anticipated ordering period is approximately 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2030.
