2025 Chemical Quotations

Project Description: Public notice is hereby given that the Authority of the Borough of Charleroi will receive price quotations until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, for the furnishing of the following materials:
Approximately:
30 Tons (wet) Sodium Hydroxide Liquid (Caustic Soda) 12 Tons Liquid Chlorine in One Ton Containers 4000 Gallons of Sodium Hypochlorite – Bulk delivery 4000 Gallons of Sodium Hypochlorite – Tote Delivery 500 Gallons of Sodium Hypochlorite – Drum delivery
Copies of the specifications are on file at the office of the Authority, 3 McKean Avenue, Charleroi, PA 15022-0211. All specifications are available online at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Bids must be submitted via PennBid. Bidders must complete the electronic bid form on PennBid as well as submit a complete PDF of the bid package.
All quotations must be for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, during which time all materials must be supplied at the quoted price.
The Authority of the Borough of Charleroi reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive any informality in the quotation process and, to accept any quotation which it deems to be in its best interest.
