Project Description: Toho Water Authority (“Toho”) is seeking experienced and qualified Contractor/s to provide maintenance and repair services for select chemical and biological odor control systems located at various water treatment plants and wastewater reclamation facilities. The scope of the work shall include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, temporary equipment, documentation, minor permitting training and start up services required to ensure proper operations of the systems.
