Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide in summary, includes drilling, construction and testing of a new production well (Well #2R), as a backup to the existing Cheltenham Youth Detention Center (CYDC) wells, using contractor supplied temporary pumps, generator and temporary accessories. This project also includes inspection of the Cheltenham Veteran Cemetery well per specification section 02700. Located at Cheltenham Youth Detention Center Production Wells, Price George’s County, MD.
