CHEFA Internal Auditing Services

In accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 187 Section 10a-179h (4), the Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority (the “Authority”) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms wishing to serve as Internal Auditor to the Authority for a period not to exceed three (3) years, commencing after July 1, 2026.The Authority is a quasi-public agency and political subdivision of the State of Connecticut and is a conduit issuer of tax-exempt bonds issued on behalf of eligible non-profits in the State of Connecticut pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 187, Sections 10a-176 through 10a-198. These tax-exempt bonds are financial obligations of the underlying obligor on whose behalf CHEFA issues the bonds. Please see attached document for scope of services and additional requirements.
