Chavis Building 2nd Floor HVAC Renovation - RE-BID

RE-BID NOTICE: Only contractors who attended the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held on 03/13/2026 at 10 am are eligible to submit bids. Submissions from non-attending firms will not be accepted. This project involves the removal and replacement of two air-handling units (AHUs) serving the second floor. The work includes replacing the existing fan-powered terminal units with single duct terminal units, new ductwork, new piping, associated HVAC controls, and power connections to the new equipment. Sealed proposals will be received by the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in Pembroke, NC, in the office of Mrs. Amanda Spayd, Business Officer, Pinchbeck Facilities Building, 128A Facilities Drive, Room 104, Pembroke, North Carolina up to 3:00 pm on April 14, 2026, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud in Pinchbeck Facilities Building, Conference Room 141 for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the Chavis Building 2nd Floor HVAC Renovation Project.
