Description: Hopkins Bowling is working alongside Chatham County to complete the Siler City Center for Active Living Addition and Renovation project. We are advertising to bid on this project starting September 16th . Bids are due by Thursday, October 2nd at 2 pm. For project information or questions please contact Brad Bowling at Brad@hopkinsbowling.com. Bidders are encouraged to drop bids off at their office located in Cary at 125 W. Chatham St. ahead of the bid deadline. Project Specifics Hopkins Bowling and Davis Kane Architects are working together to provide an addition and renovation to the existing Siler City Center for Active Living. This is an occupied and phased project with Phase 1 anticipated to be a two month duration, and Phase 2 a four month duration. Please review the logistics plan within the bid drawings for reference of each phase. The project includes interior demolition, new offices, exterior wall modifications, updated finishes, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical modifications and a small expansion to provide a larger reception area.
