Chatham County Green Space Management Plan

Project Description: Chatham County is seeking proposals from qualified, objective, and experienced consulting firms to prepare comprehensive, site- specific management plans for nine (9) County-owned green spaces and conservation areas. These properties represent a diverse portfolio of natural, recreational, and cultural resources. The County seeks to develop individual management plans that balance the goals of ecological conservation, habitat restoration, and public access/recreation. The resulting plans will serve as the primary guiding documents for the long-term stewardship, enhancement, and operational management of these key public assets.
