Chartwell Initial Study - Request for Proposal (RFP)

The City of Seaside (the “City”) invites qualified Respondents to submit proposals to assess the potential environmental impacts of the Proposed High School Campus Expansion to an existing school facility, and prepare an Initial Study (IS) including peer review of a biological report and tree survey, technical studies, and other California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documentation as required. It is presumed at this point that a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) will be needed for the project – the Proposal should also include specifications for the preparation of an MND and associated documents. It may be necessary to change the CEQA analysis document based upon the findings of the Initial Study.
