There will be an opportunity to comment remotely through ZOOM during the appropriate announced public comment period(s). A quorum of the Millburn Township Charter Study Commission is expected to be present at these meetings in order for them to conduct business as authorized under statute; formal action is expected to be taken at these meetings.
