Charter Bus and Band Equipment Transportation Services

The University of Texas at San Antonio (University) is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal,RFP No. 743-2025-RFP-1259 (this “RFP”) for selection of three (3) or more qualified vendors to provide charter busand band equipment transportation services (the “Services”) and perform work (Work) more specifically described inSection 5.4 (Scope of Work) of this RFP.Expected outcomes:- Establish an approved list of skilled charter bus service providers with a strong record and experience, resultingin dependable, responsive, and proven services that satisfy the business needs of UTSA and deliver bestvalue, excluding the Athletics division- Establish an approved list of experienced and qualified equipment transportation service providers, resultingin dependable, responsive, and proven services for the Spirit of San Antonio (SOSA) marching band thatsatisfy the business needs of UTSA and deliver best value.
