Project Description: Charlotte Water, a Department of the City of Charlotte NC, is requesting proposals from companies to provide Ground Maintenance Services as defined by Charlotte Water at various sites/properties/locations within Mecklenburg County. Depending on the specific property group, services may include:
• General Mowing
• Lime, Fertilizer, Weed Control, Seed Application and Aeration
• Mulch/Pine Straw Application
• Weed Control Large Scale Chemical Spraying
• Leaf Blowing and Removal
• Stormwater Outfall Cleaning and Removal of Sediment
• Rough Cut Tractor Mowing
• Bush, Hedge, Tree Trimming and Pruning
• Rain Garden Maintenance
• Gravel and Light Grading
• Snow Removal and Ice Melt Application
• Dumped Debris/Trash Removal
• General Site Restorations
