Project Description: The Work consists of an addition and renovation to an existing fire station. The addition includes an
expand kitchen, fitness room, restroom, and decontamination room. Renovated areas include the
dormitory area and routes to the apparatus bay. Accessibility improvements are planned in various
areas throughout the building and site. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work will be required by the
addition, renovations, and accessibility upgrades. Sitework includes partial repaving, ramps, sidewalks,
and grading.
