Project Description: The City of Charlotte (City) plans to contract with one firm to provide grounds maintenance services for the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Bus Park & Ride Lots at various locations within Charlotte. The City is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely and cost-effective services to the City.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials required to provide grounds maintenance services for city owned properties.
