2024-38 Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center Seating Project

Summary:
The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center / Municipal Auditorium Board is seeking bids for removal, preparation, and replacement of approximately 12,900 chairs with polymer backs and self-lifting seats including telescopic seating system operating on the telescopic principle of stacking vertically into minimum floor area when not in use. The specifications provided are not intended to exclude any individual/company from offering a proposal. Services offered which meet or exceed the specifications provided will be considered. The completed project should be turn-key, including all vendor provided equipment and installation materials, and fully operable at the project completion per the bid.

Pre-bid Meeting:
*A mandatory pre-bid conference for the purpose of discussing and clarifying the project drawings and specifications while performing a walk-through will be held at Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center at 200 Civic Center Drive, Charleston WV 25301 on at 10:30 a.m. on September 12, 2024. (Bidder acknowledges the pre-bid meeting requirement.)
