Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2025-043, Chapel Road Widening Improvements. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday July 16, 2025. The project consists of widening and reconstructing Chapel Road from Ritchie Road to Meadow Mountain Drive. The work will provide a 5-lane roadway section, including 2 lanes in both directions, curb and gutter drainage improvements, relocations of water and wastewater utilities, traffic and erosion control plans, signage, striping, and sidewalks.
