Chapel Road Shared Use Path Improvements Project

Sealed bids for the construction of the SIM - 11h Chapel Road Shared Use Path Improvements Project will be received by the Public Works Department, located at 108 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, Arizona, until 2:00 P.M. local time, February 2, 2022. At that time, bids will be opened and read aloud virtually via Microsoft Teams. By email, bidders will be invited to the virtual “Teams” bid opening but are not required to attend the “Teams” bid opening.

PROJECT: SIM - 11h Chapel Road Shared Use Path Improvements Project

DESCRIPTION: A 2,830 lineal foot concrete shared use walk/bike path will be installed along the north side of Chapel Road from the State Route (SR) 179 to the Chapel Trailhead. This pathway will allow residents and visitors to travel separated from traffic by a rocked ditch and curb. And will serve as an extension of the shared use path along 179 that begins at Tlaquepaque.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETINGS: Failure to attend and sign attendance sheet at mandatory pre-bid meetings shall render a bid non-responsive.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Pre-bid conference (mandatory) will be held on January 18, 2022, at 2:00 pm. on the north side of Chapel Road at the intersection of Antelope Drive, Sedona AZ (At the Mystic Trail Trailhead parking area.)
