Description
Remove the natural slate shingles, remove aged felt underlayment and replace the underlayment with a modern and superior "ice and water shield" rubberized membrane. The historic slate shingles will be restored to the roof. The roof replacement will also replace corroded metallic half-round dormers. flashing, internal gutters and downspouts. Bids shall be submitted by Hand-delivery or mail service only. Small and Minority business participation is highly encouraged.
