Description
Project Description: The Maricopa Community College District, on behalf of Chandler-Gilber Community College, Pecos Campus, wishes to renovate and expand the existing Bradshaw building to provide approximately 80,000 square-foot with a modern building, enhanced student services, and systems infrastructure replacement. It also involves adding square footage either through and expanded site footprint, or a second story.
The Bradshaw Building Renovation will be constructed using CMAR (Construction Manager @ Risk) delivery method. The CMAR will also be obtained through the Request for Proposal (RFP) procurement process, shortly after Design Services for Architectural and Engineering.
