Champion Station Signals

For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services,
supervision, and incidentals necessary to install new signal equipment (Train-to-Wayside Communications
loop, and signal house) at Champion Station’s eastbound platform. New conduit and conductors will be
installed, so blue-line and orange-line trains leaving the station will send an advance traffic call through
City of San Jose’s traffic controller as the trains head to the North 1st St/Tasman intersection.
