It is the intent of the District to contract with a qualified contractor to perform the scope of work described herein through one of the following PURCHASING COOPERATIVES with which we have an approved Inter-Local Agreement: 1GPA, BuyBoard, Texas DIR, Allied States Cooperative (ESC19), Region V (ESC5), EPIC 6 (ESC6), HCDE Choice Partners, H-GAC, OMNIA, or Sourcewell.
