Sealed proposals for the construction of the Terminal Parking Lot Pavement Reconstruction Contract will be received at the City Council Chambers, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122 until 10:00 A.M., local time, June 18th, 2025 and there, at said office, at said time, publicly opened and read aloud.

BID OPENING: June 18th, 2025, AT 10:00 A.M.
The project title and bidders name and address shall appear on the outside of the sealed proposal. Late bids will not be considered. Proposals may be withdrawn before the public opening by phone or written request.
This project generally includes:

Reconstruction of the existing parking lot consisting of approximately 2,250 square yards of asphalt pavement located near the Terminal building.

Construction of approximately 2,100 square yards of new asphalt pavement adjacent to the existing parking lot in the area with native soil.

Placement of parking lot markings.
The Contract Documents (consisting of the Advertisement, the Proposal, the Contract Form, and the Specifications) and the Contract Drawings may be obtained from the

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total maximum proposal price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal.

Any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda, which, when issued, will be posted not later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. All addenda so issued must be acknowledged by Bidder and shall become part of the Contract.
A pre-bid conference has been scheduled in order to review the specific requirements of this contract. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 3rd at 1:00 p.m. at the Casa Grande Municipal Airport Terminal Building.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal, and to reject any and all proposals.
