Please go to Boca Chica (map attached) with your IDs for prove of citizenship. It may take up to 2 hours to obtain base access. Then you need to go to Truman Annex, show your pass to guard, and go to Quarterdeck in building 289 for your badge. Security will call me to meet you at the lobby.
