Advanced Contract Award Notice / Notice of Proposed Procurement

- Fatigue-rated actuator with proprietary MTS rod seals and SureCoat rod finishing technology ensuring long life and high precision.
- Custom manifold and dual Series 252 servovalves configured for phase-matched high-flow
hydraulic control.
- Calibration and software integration with MTS controller systems, required for existing lab setups and future research compatibility.
There is no known equivalent product offering the same range of customizable configuration options, support, and proven performance in structural research environments. The system must be fully compatible with existing MTS infrastructure in the Morrison lab, and MTS is the sole supplier of this particular actuator model and configuration, and MTS is the only known vendor with the technical capability to deliver this specialized solution.
