2026-04 CFD Fleet Interceptors with Light Package

Summary:
The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting quotes for the purchase of twelve (12) 2026 Ford Interceptor Police Package vehicles with emergency equipment included and installed for use by the Charleston Police Department.

The details contained in the following specifications are not designed to exclude any manufacturer from bidding but are offered as a means of describing the needs of the City of Charleston. The City currently owns Ford manufactured vehicles within the Police Fleet with the below specified lighting equipment and wishes to maintain consistency for training and safety reasons. All specifications are minimum requirements unless otherwise stated. Any deviations from the stated specifications must be described in detail. The merit of such deviations will be considered with regard to the City of Charleston’s intended use.
