Cesar Chavez Perimeter Pathway Improvement Project

The City of Berkeley is soliciting invitations for bids for the Cesar Chavez Park Perimeter Pathway Improvement Project. Work includes but is not limited to, repaving the perimeter pathway, full depth reclamation, constructing header board, crusher fine shoulder, repairing rock slope protection, building concrete pads for site amenities, and minor utility adjustments to grade. The specifications and selection process are summarized in this invitation for bid (IFB). Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 10 ^th , 2025. All responses must be in a sealed envelope and have “Cesar Chavez Park Perimeter Pathway Improvement Project” and “Specification No. 25-11702-C” clearly marked on the outer most mailing envelope
