Charlottesville Parks and Recreation is seeking a qualified provider to supply certified softball umpires for adult and youth league play. The selected vendor will provide trained officials, manage scheduling, and ensure consistent, professional officiating throughout the season. This contract will help maintain fair, safe, and high-quality league experiences for all participants.
Softball participation in City leagues continues to grow, creating increased demand for certified officials. Securing a reliable provider will reduce staff burden, ensure consistent officiating, and support the overall quality and integrity of City-run leagues.
