**Certified SB, including MB, or a DVBE only** IFPQ Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System and Duct Cleaning in San Bernardino County

Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, parts, supplies, disposal, travel,
and incidentals necessary to provide Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system
cleaning to Caltrans.
The services shall be performed at Caltrans, Southern Regional Laboratory 13970 Victoria
Street, Fontana, CA 92336 in San Bernardino County; Room 33 (Capping Room), 44 (Fine
Gradient Aggregate Lab), Room 46 (Coarse Gradient Aggregate), Room 55 (Shipping and
Receiving), Room 73 (Ignition HMA), Room 74 (Hot Mix Asphalt), Room 77 (Binder), Room
202 (Material Testing Training), and Room 203 (Drying Area).
