Uninstall 12 existing outdated Motorola radios (6 at JBSA Lackland and 6 at Ft Sam Houston),

Then Install 12 APEX Consolette, Model Number L37TSS9PW1AN, Motorola radios (6 at JBSA Lackland and 6 at Ft Sam Houston),

Then perform a functions check.
