Description:

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University intends to procure animal food and bedding from WF Fisher & Son Inc., a certified lab distributor. This notice serves to inform other potential distributors of similar supplies that they may express interest in providing these goods. Interested parties should contact the agent listed below within 15 business days from the date of this notice to discuss this opportunity.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, distributors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below.
