Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Cepheid because we believe they are the sole source provider for the GeneXpert Infinity 80-80. A draft of the statement of work is attached. If you believe that your company is authorized to provide the GeneXpert Infinity 80-80 in accordance with the statement of work, please provide your information to brandy.gastinell@va.gov by February 10, 2025 8AM PST.

The applicable NAICS Code is 334516 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
