Centurion Software Licensing, Maintenance, & Support – Emerald City Software

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with Minnesota Department of Direct Care and Treatment (DCT), intends to renew an existing agreement with Emerald City Software, for up to twelve months. The agreement provides software licensing, maintenance, and support related to the Centurion (f/k/a Atlas) System used by DCT. The system is used by three different divisions of DCT as a scheduling and payroll software for their clients.

Emerald City Software retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the

necessary licensing, maintenance, and software updates. None of these required products or services can be obtained through a third-party vendor. In addition to this, three different divisions within DCT use the same software to ensure uniformity across all divisions within DCT and also use another, related Emerald City software that integrates with the Centurion software. This makes the Centurion System the only option for the DCT. For these reasons, MNIT partnering with DCT, has deemed this to be a single source purchase.
