This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available. The City's Parks and Recreation Department intends to purchase exchanges, Andritz Separation, Inc to install Centrifuge Parts. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statue 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted. Responses will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
