CENTRIFUGAL WATER PUMPS FOR EXISTING BOILERS

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Elkton, OH is issuing solicitation 15B21626Q00000003 for the replacement of various, specified centrifugal pumps which are linked to the existing boilers and deliver heated water to the Federal Correctional Institution. The pumps are to be delivered to FCI Elkton. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business Concerns, FOB Destination. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance and price will be considered with price being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be available on or after March 17, 2026, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website www.sam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
