Centre Square Seating Wall Project (2025-CSW)

Project Description: The proposed work consists of constructing multiple freestanding seat walls to enhance landscaped areas by creating integrated seating around tree wells. These walls will be arranged in curved or segmented configurations to define planting spaces while maintaining gaps for tree health and maintenance access. The design emphasizes durability and visual appeal, using modular wall units with matching caps to achieve a clean, finished look that complements the surrounding environment.
Each wall section will be installed on a compacted stone base and assembled in a dry-stack configuration per manufacturer guidelines. Caps will be securely adhered and slightly sloped for water drainage, with backfill and drainage measures incorporated to ensure stability and longevity. The completed installation will provide a cohesive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing feature that blends seamlessly with adjacent paving and planting areas.
