The Commonwealth does not make parking a requirement of SFPs for the

lease of real estate unless otherwise specified in the Agency Lease

Specifications (Appendix D), however, proposers should provide

information relative to the availability of private and/or public parking as

well as the number of parking spaces and location of the parking if

included in the proposal.

Additional

Considerations:

Total number of parking spaces: 60, including 2 spaces to accommodate

ADA requirements, and 1 van accessible space. See Agency Lease

Specifications (Appendix D).

Janitorial Services – If janitorial services are not included in the Lease, the

Lessor must indicate this in the solicitation packet. Please include pricing

with and without Lessor-provided janitorial services.

The Department of General Services (DGS) will not accept submission of proposals by mail.

must state the SFP#, Agency, County, Leasing Coordinator’s Name, and Due Date. All required forms

must be attached to the email and the proposer must request a “send/receive” receipt.
