The purpose and intent of the Invitation for Bid is to solicit sealed bids from Bidders to construct additional elements for the Central Sports Complex, 5405 Rogers Drive in Warrenton, Virginia. The project may be awarded as a Base Bid and, an Alternate, as noted on the Bid Forms and in the Project Drawings, This Solicitation is issued by the Fauquier County Government and Public Schools Procurement Division for the Parks and Recreation Department, on behalf of the Fauquier County, a Political Subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, herein after referred to as “County” or “Owner”.
