The Town of Truro is seeking sealed bids for construction of the Central School Roof & HVAC Renovations for the Town of Truro, Massachusetts, to be received at the Town Clerks Office, Truro Town Hall, 24 Town Hall Road, until 2:00pm prevailing time, on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024, at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work includes construction of:
Removal of an existing ballast roof and installation of a PVC membrane roof and associated accessories. Removal of HVAC and associated equipment and installation of proposed HVAC equipment and associated electrical and controls.
Filed sub-bids for the trades in Item 2 in Section 00 41 13 FORM OF GENERAL BID shall be addressed to the Town Clerks Office and endorsed to identify its contents and will be received at the Town Clerks Office, Truro Town Hall, 24 Town Hall Road, until 2:00pm prevailing time on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024 at which time and place said sub-bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
