Central Receiving Distribution Center - CRDC

Project Description: General Description: DFW is introducing the Centralized Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC) as a next-generation solution for managing, securing, and distributing terminal-bound goods. The CRDC is primarily a pass-through facility with limited storage options at this time with an estimated 60,000 to 100,000 sq. ft of operational space. Consolidating these functions under a single, well-managed CRDC operation, DFW aims to enhance security, optimize terminal logistics, minimize disruption for passengers, and support its overarching sustainability goals.
Contract Term: Ten (10)-Years.
Minority/ Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Goal: Goal for this contract is 15%.
