Description
Project Description: Renovation of Meramec Campus' Central Plant and Student Center Interior to support transformed modernization efforts. The project is to be done in Phases.
Anticipated schedule is as follows: • Pre-Bid Meeting on November 14, 2024 at the Meramec Campus at 10am in Student Center Room 200. • Submit sealed bids for Central Plant Upgrades and Fee / General Conditions for Interior Renovation Work by December 10, 2024 at 2pm local time (E&D Office). • Recommendation for General Contractor at December or January STLCC Board Of Trustees meeting.
