Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio, Texas, and its affiliated entities a/k/a Opportunity Home San Antonio (formerly a/k/a San Antonio Housing Authority (“SAHA”)) are seeking bids from independent contractors with demonstrated professional competence and experience to provide services for the comprehensive replacement of the Central Office roof at 818 S. Flores St., San Antonio, TX 78204, with a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Single-ply Membrane system as detailed in Attachment A.
