Bids received after that time will not be accepted.

Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.

No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.

CONTRACTOR/BIDDER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Any or all Bidders may be required to furnish a properly executed AIA Document A305, Contractor's Qualification Statement with the Architect prior to issuance of Bidding Documents to the said Bidder.

• All Bidders shall, by sworn affidavit and provision of documentation, affirm their enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program with respect to the employees working in connection with the contracted services. A copy is included with the Bid Form. The affidavit can also be found at: http://oa.mo.gov/purch/vendorinfo/285affidavit.pdf All Bidders shall include this properly executed form with their bids.

• The project does require a formal building permit to be obtained from the City of Grandview. The successful contractor shall be responsible for submitting and obtaining the necessary permits required for this scope of work. The Architect will assist the Contractor with the permit application. All plan review and general building permit fees shall be paid for by the Contractor and included in the bid. Trade specific permits (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) shall be paid for by the Contractor and included in the bid.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project consists of the following:

Interior remodel to reconfigure existing office space including but not limited to selective demolition, installing new architectural casework, wood doors, hollow metal frames, door hardware, glazing, gypsum board assemblies, acoustic ceilings, LVT floors, tile carpeting, vinyl wall base & floor transitions, wall & soffit painting, and window treatments. THIS PROJECT DOES NOT NEED TO BE COMPLETED DURING SUMMER BREAK.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on the following day:
