A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 AM, September 22, 2026, in the lobby area of Forsyth County Central Library, 660 W Fifth Street, Winston-Salem, NC. The purpose of this conference is to explain the scope of work involved and to give prospective bidders the opportunity to observe the existing conditions for the work. The Project Coordinator will be present to answer questions. Forsyth County will not entertain bids from firms not represented at this pre-bid meeting. A sign-in sheet will be used to record attendance.
